On this safari you will explore Kigali with a city tour which includes the visit to the Kigali memorial sites of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi, you will also visit the Volcanoes National Park for Gorilla and Golden monkey Trekking, finally Nyungwe Forest National Park for Canopy walk and more primates trekking especially the chimpanzees.

Day 1: Arrival in Rwanda Kigali.

You will be picked by our tour guide and start your  safari with a city tour, after you will be transferred to Volcanoes National Park a host to over a half of the remaining mountain gorillas. Dinner and overnight at Five volcanoes, Mountain Gorilla View Lodge, Ingagi Park view lodge(Full Board)

Day 2: Rwanda Gorilla Trekking adventure.

Depending on the level of fitness, you may be allocated gorilla families that do not involve much hiking. This will be done after a briefing from the park wardens on how you will behave on the gorilla adventure trek. The closest being about 2 hours or even a couple of minutes from the park boundary. After gorilla trekking you will return to the lodge for refreshment and later you will  go for cultural experience and after you will return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Golden monkey trekking

Early morning after your breakfast , you will transfer to the park headquarters and go through the same process as the previous day, after the briefing you will set off for Golden monkey trekking .Golden monkeys are endangered  animals which are endemic to the Albertine rift valley. After trekking you will drive back  to your hotel for lunch , dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Nyungwe Forest.

After a morning breakfast transfer to the Nyungwe Forest national park. This Forest contains a variety of habitats including montane forest, bamboo, grasslands, swamps and bogs, and is very mountainous too. It provides some of the best Golden Monkey viewing in Rwanda. Dinner and overnight at Gisakura Guest House (FB), Nyungwe top view lodge or one and only Nyungwe house.

Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and Canopy walk

Start the morning with Chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe forest searching for colonies of habituated chimpanzees after the trek you will drive back to your hotel for lunch  and refreshment and after set off for the Canopy walk . During your you may encounter   Other wildlife in the forest including : grey-cheeked Mangabeys, blue monkeys, Angolan Colobus, L’Hoest’s monkeys and owl-faced monkeys. Meals and overnight at Gisakura Guest House, Nyungwe Top view lodge or one and only Nyungwe  house.

Day 6: King's palace and transfer back to Kigali.

On your last day , you will drive through the southern part of Rwanda as you are heading back to Kigali, on the way you will enroute to visit the King's palace where you will be shred about the Rwanda monarchy system.

After you will transfer back to Kigali for your drop off .
