This is a multi-destination package, it combines a visit to Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Rwanda’s Nyungwe Forest National Park, a home of primate species. It starts and ends in Rwanda – Kigali International Airport.
Day 1: Arrival - Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On arrival, you will meet and greet with our guide at Kigali International airport. After transfer in a 4x4 Safari vehicle to Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable National Park – Cross via Katuna border.
The drive from Kigali up to Bwindi takes about 4-5 hours. Check in at

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Early in the morning, be at the park headquarters for the briefing conducted to give an insight about Gorilla trek in the Jungles of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
It starts at 7:00am -tourists are divided into groups of eight individuals, each group assigned to a Gorilla family and park rangers.
After, the Journey to the jungle starts while following the permanently established trails. Distance moved and time taken depends on where these apes spent their last night.
You will be allowed to be in the presence of the Gorillas for only one hour. After return to lodge for relaxation.
Day 3: Bwindi - Transfer to Nyungwe National Park
After precious time with the Gorillas, embark on the Journey to Nyungwe Forest National Park. It takes about six hours for the drive from Bwindi to Nyungwe Forest.
Cross via Cyanika border, and you will arrive in the afternoon. Check in at the lodge for Lunch and relax after long distance drives. Stay at

Day 4: Chimpanzee Tracking - Afternoon Canopy Walk
After breakfast, your guide will drive you up to the Park headquarters for the briefing about Chimpanzee tracking.
Later the trekking expeditions start – you will follow the permanently established paths heading you into the Jungle in search of these primates.
After locating them, you are allowed to be in their presence for one hour. After one hour you will return to the lodge for lunch as you get prepared for the Canopy walk. This walk involves wandering on a trail that is suspended from large trees.
Day 5: Nyungwe - Transfer back to Kigali
Very early in the morning, you will start the jaw dropping Journey from Nyungwe to Kigali. It takes about 3-4 hours for the drive and you will arrive in the afternoon.
Have lunch in the city, after you can visit the Kigali genocide Memorial. After be at the airport in time for your return flight back home.
